11 Children and Minors

jiil16 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals below the age of 21. The platform is not directed at, and does not knowingly collect personal data from, persons under 21 years of age.

jiil16 employs age verification controls during the registration process, including date-of-birth collection and KYC document checks, to prevent underage access. If jiil16 discovers that personal data has been collected from a person below the age of 21, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, the data will be securely deleted, and any funds held in the account will be returned to the depositing payment method after verification.
