01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and jiil16 ("jiil16", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiil16.net.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the jiil16 platform — including all games, the cashier, live dealer services, sports betting, promotions, customer support, and any other features — you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. Your continued use of jiil16 following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the jiil16 Privacy Policy and any specific game rules, promotion terms, or bonus conditions published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jiil16, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style online gaming under applicable Philippine guidelines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of third parties.
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or where participation in games of chance via the internet is unlawful.
• You have not previously been excluded from jiil16 through a self-exclusion request, a third-party exclusion order, or a regulatory directive.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jiil16, its affiliated companies, or any of its software or game providers.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering to facilitate gaming by another individual who is ineligible.

jiil16 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm continued eligibility. Providing false or misleading information regarding your eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each player may register and hold only one (1) active jiil16 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, identity document, email address, phone number, payment method, device, or household — are strictly prohibited. jiil16 may close any duplicate account without prior notice and, where evidence of abuse is found, forfeit balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep such information updated at all times. jiil16 is not liable for losses resulting from inaccurate registration details you have provided.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiil16 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You agree to notify jiil16 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jiil16 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiil16 that requests your password should be reported to our support team immediately.

jiil16 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Bets and transactions placed from your account while it is accessed by an unauthorised third party — due to your failure to safeguard your credentials — remain binding and will not be reversed solely on that basis.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and anti-money laundering ("AML") compliance, jiil16 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before a withdrawal is processed or at any other time jiil16 deems necessary. Required documents may include, but are not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (PhilSys National ID, passport, UMID, or driver's license);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash, Maya, or bank account under your registered name).

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction until compliance is achieved.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on jiil16 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits may be made via the payment methods available in your jiil16 cashier at the time of transaction, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. Available methods are subject to change without notice.

You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

jiil16 does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and previously verified by jiil16. jiil16 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified (KYC completed), your account must not be under review, and any applicable bonus wagering requirements must have been satisfied. jiil16 processes eligible GCash and Maya withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes under standard conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

jiil16 reserves the right to carry out additional security and AML checks before processing withdrawals. These checks may extend processing times. jiil16 will not be liable for delays attributable to the player's payment provider.

4.3 Currency

jiil16 operates exclusively in Philippine Peso. There are no foreign currency conversions applied to player balances. What is displayed in your jiil16 wallet is the amount available for betting and withdrawal in PHP.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jiil16 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all jiil16 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Unless expressly stated, bonuses apply to specific game categories. Wagering on excluded games does not count toward turnover requirements.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom that remain unconverted at expiry will be forfeited without notice.
• jiil16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that modifications will not retroactively alter the terms applicable to a bonus already accepted and in progress by a player.
• A player who withdraws a real-money balance before satisfying applicable wagering requirements will forfeit the remaining bonus and any associated pending winnings.
• Bonuses are personal and non-transferable. They may not be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with other promotions unless explicitly permitted.
• jiil16 reserves the right to refuse, reclaim, or cancel any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of technical errors, or coordinated wagering is identified.

06 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jiil16 — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo rooms, Hi-Lo, table games, and sportsbook markets — are governed by their own game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific game rule, the game-specific rule prevails in respect of that game only.

jiil16's slots and RNG-based table games use certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are either displayed within the game information panel or available upon request to our support team.

Live dealer games are streamed from professional studios operated by licensed third-party providers. The outcome of all live dealer games is determined in real time by physical cards, wheels, or dice, as applicable, and is not manipulated by jiil16 in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or stream interruption — jiil16 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. jiil16 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical fault beyond what is recoverable through the stake-return process.

Any bet placed in error by the player — for example, betting an incorrect amount or on an unintended market — cannot be cancelled or reversed once it has been accepted by the system. Players are advised to review their bet slip or stake amount carefully before confirming.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiil16 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in, at minimum, immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Fraudulent activity — including chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, false identity documents, or misrepresentation of eligibility;
• Money laundering — depositing funds derived from illegal activity, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or using jiil16 as a conduit for moving illicit funds;
• Collusion — cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live dealer table games or poker formats;
• Exploitation of software vulnerabilities — using bots, automated betting software, scripts, or any technical exploit to gain an advantage not available to standard users;
• Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using arbitrage betting strategies to extract bonus value without genuine play, or any other systematic manipulation of promotional mechanics;
• Account sharing or selling — allowing another individual to access or operate your jiil16 account, or transferring account ownership to a third party;
• Threatening or abusive conduct — directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing language or behaviour toward jiil16 staff or other players via any channel.

jiil16 employs fraud detection systems and monitors account activity on an ongoing basis. Players identified as engaging in prohibited conduct will be notified where legally permissible, but jiil16 reserves the right to act immediately without prior notice where player safety, financial integrity, or regulatory compliance so requires.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by jiil16

jiil16 reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms;
• Your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, AML breach, or bonus abuse;
• You have initiated a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider;
• A regulatory body or law enforcement authority has directed jiil16 to restrict your account.

During a suspension, access to games, deposits, and withdrawals may be restricted. jiil16 will make reasonable efforts to resolve suspensions promptly and communicate outcomes to affected players via their registered email address.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your jiil16 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 to 10 business days, provided that no investigation is pending.

If you are requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons — including but not limited to concerns about problem gambling — please inform the support agent so that the appropriate self-exclusion protocols can be applied, including referral to available support resources.

09 Responsible Gaming

jiil16 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this regard seriously.

jiil16 enforces the 21+ age restriction without exception. We support a range of player-controlled responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account settings after login, including:

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiil16 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, site design, user interface, game content licensed from third-party providers, text, graphics, icons, and software — is the property of jiil16 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jiil16 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jiil16 content without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jiil16 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the jiil16 platform;
• Use the jiil16 brand or logo in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without express written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of jiil16 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute infringement under Philippine intellectual property law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiil16, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the jiil16 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or server error;
• Loss of data or account information resulting from events outside jiil16's reasonable control;
• Losses attributable to unauthorised access to your account where you failed to secure your credentials;
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy or completeness of information published on the platform.

In all cases where jiil16 is found liable, our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your jiil16 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiil16's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

jiil16 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12 Privacy

Your use of the jiil16 platform is also governed by the jiil16 Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the jiil16 Privacy Policy. A link to the Privacy Policy is available in the footer of every page on jiil16.net. Please review it carefully.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jiil16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jiil16 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players via email to their registered address or via a notice displayed upon login.

The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jiil16 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.2.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law.

In the event of a dispute, jiil16 encourages players to first contact our support team so that a resolution can be sought informally. Our support team is available 24/7 via live chat and can escalate unresolved complaints to the appropriate internal department. jiil16 aims to resolve all complaints within 5 business days of formal escalation.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory authorities of the Philippines, as applicable.
